“In 2017, as part of their 150th anniversary celebrations, The McManus Art Galleries and Museum commissioned Dundee-born musician Jonnie Common to create a suite of music. Jonnie spent the summer exploring the nooks and crannies of the McManus to find sounds and stories, culminating in a large-scale open air performance on it's iconic outer steps.”

The resulting album ‘At The McManus’ has been pressed to vinyl by The McManus in a limited run of 300 with exquisite artwork by Tommy Perman. The gatefold package includes a booklet of extensive liner notes, a unique riso print by Tommy (no two the same) as well as a unique postcard (again, no two the same) sporting the download code (I guess no two of those will be the same either…).

The online allocation has now sold out but, if you’re able to get to Dundee, I wholeheartedly recommend paying The McManus a visit and you should be able to find a copy in the gift shop.
